### Linux: runtime libraries

XyScript's Linux binary links against your system's graphics and input
libraries. Most desktops already have them, but a **minimal or freshly-installed system** (for example a new VM) may be missing one -- if the
app won't start and reports a missing library, install it. For example,
`libxkbcommon-x11-0`:

```bash
sudo apt install libxkbcommon-x11-0
```

To install the full runtime set in one go (Debian/Ubuntu):

```bash
sudo apt install \
  libxkbcommon0 libxkbcommon-x11-0 \
  libx11-6 libxcb1 libxcb-render0 libxcb-shape0 libxcb-xfixes0 \
  libxrandr2 libxi6 libxcursor1 \
  libwayland-client0 libwayland-cursor0 libwayland-egl1 \
  libgtk-3-0 libgl1 libfontconfig1
```

The Windows and macOS bundles have no extra runtime requirements.
